Privacy policy

Who processes your data on wumiko.com, why and for how long.

Last updated 4 November 2026. The privacy policies of our games are next to each game at wumiko.games.

Data controller

The data controller is Wumiko Patryk Jakimczuk, tax ID (NIP) 6030080389. For questions about personal data write to privacy@wumiko.games, and about an enquiry also to kontakt@wumiko.com.

Browsing the website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no resources from other domains, so it needs no consent banner. The Firebase Hosting servers (Google) that deliver it log technical connection data, such as the IP address and browser type, to serve the pages and protect them from abuse. We do not combine this data with anything else.

Enquiries from the form

  • What data: what you enter in the enquiry form: your name, e-mail, optionally company and phone, your answers about the project and links to materials. We also store the date it was sent, the form language, the layout chosen on the inspiration page and how long the form took to fill in (spam protection).
  • Purpose: answering your enquiry, talking about the project and preparing an offer.
  • Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Where: in the Cloud Firestore database of Wumiko’s Firebase project in the europe-central2 region (Warsaw). Google provides the service as a processor and may also process data outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses. Further correspondence happens by e-mail in Google Workspace.
  • How long: up to 12 months after sending if we do not sign a contract. If we do, we keep the data needed for the contract for its duration and as long as the law requires, for example tax law.
  • Who sees it: only the owner of Wumiko. The notification about a new enquiry contains no personal data.
  • Voluntary: you don’t have to use the form. You can send an e-mail instead.
  • Withdrawing consent: at any time, by e-mail. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

Comments on prototypes

Clients who received a password to a prototype on demo.wumiko.com can leave comments in it, optionally with their name. We keep them in the same database in Warsaw only for the project and delete them no later than 3 months after it ends.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing and to data portability, the right to object and to withdraw consent. Write to privacy@wumiko.games. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
